Welcome to the Hardcore Husky Forums. Folks who are well-known in Cyberland and not that dumb.
2014, What Needs to Happen
Although I have little confidence it will.
I'm assuming Sarkisian will be here.
Cozzeto-gone. Can't recruit. Can't develop. Throw serious money
at Adrian Klemm, Steve Greatwood or Lincoln Kennedy.
On the first two, not a great chance that you can flip them
but at least you're mind fucking with your opposition. Serious
football schools could flip them.
Kiesau-gone. Receivers aren't progressing and we need a
dedicated offensive coordinator. For all the accolades Sark gets
I see very little creativity in his approach. Throw serious, serious
money and try to flip Scott Frost. The fucker only makes in the
mid 300's and we need Oregon creativity.
Johnny Nansen-gone. I don't care that he is a half decent recruiter.
Special teams have been a fuckfest since he has coached them.
Leave the defensive side of the ball alone for now even though
Wilcox produced a stinker yesterday. It was Nick Holt like in
its approach.

Rearranging the deck chairs won't matter just like it didn't matter for 2008 or 2012.
wanted to outlast Don James. If that is truly the case, then
the only hope is to rearrange the deckchairs with the goal
to make the captain as irrelevant as possible. If he is not as
stupid as I think he has to understand that he currently has
3 anchors on the ship.
I'm searching for ways to improve the situation
with him here. Cozzetto has to go and getting
Frost would be huge. Pay him Wilcox money and you got a shot.
Oh, and Lincoln Kennedy couldn't even recruit his own son to UW.
Passion, do you really think they UW will outspend Oregon?? In comparison Oregon with Phil Knight is a partnered stock broker and UW is a part-time clerk at Circle K.
offensive coordinator Wilcox money, much less
even have a dedicated offensive coordinator,
let's just accept the 7 win a year scenario.
And for the reading comprehension impaired
folk on here this post was assuming Sark was here
what would be needed to be done.
