Welcome to the Hardcore Husky Forums. Folks who are well-known in Cyberland and not that dumb.
Hey guys,
Every fall I travel around the country and attend football games at different colleges. I have been to about 20 and have a goal of some day going to every D1 stadium for a game. Next season I am going to attend a game at UW and wanted to know if you have any traditions I should know about, anything on campus I should see, or anything notable? I am aware of your unique tradition of boat tailgating and was wondering what is the best way to experience it?
Schools I have been to for games include - Wisconsin, Northwestern, Minnesota, Purdue, Georgia, Appalachian State, Boston College, Wyoming, Iowa, Nebraska, Michigan, Alabama, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford, Louisville and I am sure I am forgetting a few others.
Thank you for any advice you can give!

Actually I just got drunk and missed the flight.
You should consider catching an Oregon game at Autzen Stadium. You will enjoy the tailgating there, especially the parking lot rapes.
Hurtful!
Also, the best way to sailgate is on an inner tube.
Hope to see you there- as long as you're BArlRKING for the DAWGS.
If you need a recommendation for a good wine bar, I have one for you. Not too far from the stadium is a wine bar called Dino's. They have a small corkage fee on top of grocery store prices (i.e., you don't have to pay restaurant prices for wine). Right now they have a special on a superb cab that drinks like a merlot. My friend Dino owns the place. Tell him Kent sent you. He'll hook you up! ;-)
