Snowden's biggest problem is today's expansive definition of "war" and whether he did anything to aid the enemy. Technically, we've been at war, against Terror, since 2001. Might make for some good Supreme Court arguments, but I like the Govt's chances, given no SC Justice wants to look like a pussy, and will cast a "Hillary On Iraq" vote to avoid popular backlash. -
