Goes to show how far we've fallen and this game is a very sobering reminder of that. I thought we came out and played hard, but in the end, our players looked like they stopped trusting in Clay's system. The below the belt stomp was the breaking point, and you just can't have that. We have to fight on and do what we can to mend the image of the program. Conference play hasn't started yet, and if we play like we did early on, we can still win the conference this year. Once we get our numbers back up from sanctions, and Clay gets his guys in there, we could get back to where Alabama is right now. Perennial title contenders like we are supposed to be. It's our rightful place, after all. If Clay doesn't work out, we can always back up the Brinks truck for a proven coach like Chip Kelly or Jim Harbaugh. And hey, at least we aren't a cash-strapped UC school right now. UCLA hasn't won the Rose Bowl in 30 years!
Side note: Technically, they should be thanking us for their success. If it weren't for USC coming over there in the 1970s and beating them with our African-American players, they would never have integrated and become what they are now.

I just have to avoid getting banned and stay off the subject of rape culture. I'm literally cracking up right now on my couch hitting the bong with a boner in my mesh shorts.

Some of you have to take away with hope Alabama lacks vision. You will cheat instead? Stomach instead of your back will walk through that door? Your daughter will want to date an Alabama player? Absolutely not. Let's play it out.
