Think of the recruiting boost by appealing to single mothers who dream of a new house paid for with their son's NFL signing bonus. UW will hire a head football coach but it will be after they hire a female position coach and then promote her from within to head coach with never having head coaching experience. THAT is the UDub way.
Also they will pay someone a million bones to pretend to look for an experienced head coach before announcing the amazing good fortune that their coach was right under their noses all along. Another festivus miracle on Montlake. -
