A women with experience raising boys as a single mother could be the most important criteria. Think of the recruiting boost by appealing to single mothers who dream of a new house paid for with their son's NFL signing bonus. Having a coach who can relate to the struggle while looking Mom in the eye selling empty promises would be a game changer while appealing to a much wider Seattle audience increasing ticket sales to non-football fans

It would be helpful if she were a minority, as well. We couldn't tolerate another coach that benefitted from "white privileges."

UW will hire a head football coach but it will be after they hire a female position coach and then promote her from within to head coach with never having head coaching experience. THAT is the UDub way.
