Disagree. Seattle riff raff moves to Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Everett, etc. Tacoma has gentrified as well. The hipsters are coming into Tacoma as well. Hilltop priced out #mycrips when UW Tacoma came in and Salishan is being redeveloped. More cookie cutter homes and faux wood studio apartments for fags like PGOS. Just kidding. They move to Tukwilla, Rent un, Shoreline, and some move to Lynnhood (not just riff raff, there are nice parts of Lynnwood east of the freeway) too. Seattle is just beyond hope.
