Multiple friends of mine have kids that like the Hawks. And therefore have the jerseys. One of the kids supposedly cried when they lost last week.
I work in IT. A female co-worker, a software programmer, a true full blown Indian from India, not like Swaye's American Indian, but from a real place where there are billions of them and they shit on the street, LOVES the Seahawks and Russell Wilson. LOVES them. I assume it's cause Russell looks a lot like her.
Talking to multiple people at the last 2 Redskins-Seahawks games with Hawks gear who lived in DC/MD/VA but had never lived nor been to Seattle.
DC may be somewhat different due to transients who can just randomly pick a team, and kids are kids, but the Hawks have bandwagoners now.

When it comes to sports, I swear women are triggered way harder when it comes to the tribalism aspect than men. Especially middle-aged ones that are dried up and can no longer reproduce and thus have no value to society anymore.
