Also, being a former ncaa d1 athlete in a major sport is the ultimate affirmative action (look at the % of CEOs who fit this criteria, it's insane). I was a basketball bench warmer no one had even heard of but the fact that I played d1 basketball got me my first 2 jobs in a shitty economy.
