Cleveland Wallace III Declares for Draft

I remember liking this guy and couldn't understand why he transferred with all our PT available last year.

I obviously didn't watch a single SJSU game the last two years all I know is Cleveland was 2nd team all conference last year but only honorable mention this year. Was he any good?
