There's definitely an opening in the decline of the middle class that the repubs can attack, but if Romney can't do it what make you think that a demagogue like Cruz or Trump can?

And it's because every Republican policy that helps the rich has helped the rich, and every Democrat policy that's supposed to punish the rich has had it's costs pushed onto the middle class.

A used car salesman like Cruz will never win the presidency, nuff said. Face too narrow, words too poisoned. Body positivism and all aside, he's just not what you look for in the ideal Republican nominee for the White House.

But like I said, there's definitely something there in the growing inequality and economic malaise in this country that the GOP can exploit.

Too bad the GOP messaging on Hispanics is so negative, you? Could really use those votes.
