Back when I still thought UW cared about winning I had nightmares of Major Applewhite skullfucking Chris Massey for months after the Holiday Bowel.
That shit was hard to watch, especially since Applewhite's passes were no better than wobbly punts. How badly was Massey burned that he couldn't catch up with the receiver to make a play on the ball?

He threw ducks but he had huge balls. As Race says, winners win. Big XII offensive player of the year and benched the following season for Mack Browns new toy Simms. I basically renounced my lifelong Texas fandom at that point.
Cut to Big XII champ and Colorado is skullfucking Texas so Mack calls Applewhites number and he damn near brings them back in 2nd half. Major was always a stone cold winner.
On a serious note, I fucking love Jones, and I'm not sure he's the best corner on the team next year.
Better set of corners, 2016 Jones and King or 2012 Trufant and Peters?
King was a better corner to Me, maybe because they decided to go away from MF Jones, but I loved King's physical play, and coverage 1 on 1. Next year King will be a beast.

King had the top pass breakup percentage in the Pac. He was no worse than a 2nd teamer, probably should have been 1st team.
Washington will have the best secondary in the nation next year. Need to find a thumper at SS to be truly all-time elite, but I wouldn't trade them for any other unit.
Will the pass rush step up in Feeney's absence is the big ?
My gut says they will with this coaching staff...sweatpants stretching

Good thing for UW fans is that he'll have to play all 4 years with UW to prove he's not a fluke, because of that original underdog status.
