It's always funny when there is a report about a star athlete beating the shit out of their significant other. People just shrug it off until pictures or video surfaces then it's time to go on Facebook and tel everyone how you really feel about Greg Hardy! The man is a monster and should be in jail for life! In a year the media will move on to some other big, bad mean jock.

Last year it was Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson. Now it's all forgotten. The nation was outraged and it had legs until Bill Cosby, then it was something else the media exploited.

I'm not condoning it. Beating up women is wrong. But let law enforcement and the courts handle it.
