19 second left, one time out, one yard line. Clock starts rolling when they set the ball. They do all kind of shifts and motions so by the time they run I guess what you'd call a play they are left with two seconds after the QB throws it away.

They take the time out. Next play they put three people in the backfield behind the QB and try to sneak the QB.

I know their head coach just quit but how do you not know how to manage a game as a coach at that level?
