Under normal circumstances, I worry when a team loses the week before they play us. I know it's not football but in '04 UW needed to beat unbeaten Stanford the last game of the season to get into the tourney. Wazzu absolutely had Stanford beat that Thursday and did one of the most underrated Coug jobs in history to lose that game. If Wazzu wins, I HIGHLY doubt that Stanford team loses 2 in a row.

p.s. am I the only one who thinks this whole vernon adams finger thing is utter bullshit and he's actually in trouble? At first it was just precautionary and we haven't heard anything since. Then he tweets he wishes he never would have transferred. And they continue to play a QB who's worse than Mad Swede. Something weird is going on.
