Russ needs to learn how to step UP In the pocket. On that 3rd and goal he got sacked because he kept going backwards. The pocket was there.

The OL sucks, but Wilson has a unique game where he holds the ball for a long time. Some of it is probably height related. He's an average pocket passer, but is outstanding at everything else. If Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers were the QB for the Hawks, it would look a lot different.
