I was thinking beyond football as in replacing Huard in AD and football offices. Pete is in charge of the coaches and I would gladly take Tui back on the staff if that included replacing Smith and bringing in a top notch OC if Tui was a fit and wanted to be mentored by a real HC.

Petersen should be able to go out and find a kick-ass OC. No need to settle for some one like Tui. Yeah, he may be better than Smiff, but that's not saying much. @WhiskeyDawg is probably a better OC than Smiff.
