The state-issued ID WRT to voting rights is interesting.
Personally, I don't think it is all that burdensome to have a state-issued ID.
But it tends to be the anti-water-fluoridation/black helicopter types that insist that the Gummit is going to tattoo the Number of the Beast on our collective foreheads using state-issued ID.
According to advocacy groups for minorities and the elderly, these populations are significantly more likely to NOT have a state-issued ID card. 11% of citizens do not possess a state issued ID card.
