@HeretoBeatmyChest said it best. Pete is good. Give him some fucking time.

The Okie State game was just another Sark-era setback where people backslid with mental intensity. We actually played well in the second half, but it was too late.

Malzahn and Chip Kelly had great offenses with shit QB's. Wisconsin runs it down the throat of the other team with mostly bad QB play.

The offense sucked last year. Fuck your excuses. It needs to be better.

Are you fucking kidding me? Is this is whoosh?

Auburn and Oregon can get away with below average QB play because their offense is LOADED with elite talent. Their players have also been playing in the same offensive system for years. Fuck you for even comparing our shitty offensive players to Auburn and Oregon.

Wisconsin can run it down other teams throats because they recruit talented feces in their throats OL. Again, fuck you for comparing UW's shitty OL to Wisconsin.

Here's the truth about what CP and Smith had to work with. The most explosive playmaker (Ross) had to be moved to defense. Our All-American LB had to start 3 games at RB. The starting QB was hurt and couldn't throw past 10 yards. Jaydon Mickens is the best player UW has on offense.

Show me one coach in America who can turn that shit sandwich into filet mignon.

Early Oregon teams weren't that loaded. What's Barner or LaMichael James doing these days? Their best WR back then was a white walk-on if i recall correctly.

They did have shit QBs, but they had a system that got the most out of what they had. Later they got great talent in a great system.
Auburn had such elite talent that they had a losing record in 2012. Malian comes in, brings in a guy that played CB at Georgia, wins the SEC, and plays in the title game. The same players that were dog shit before were suddenly good.

"But their recruiting rankings!" Of you use that logic, UW's was middle of the PAC, not 12th.

Better talent than UW, of course. Elite talent in the SEC? Not a chance. Malzahn was the sole reason for their improvement and deserved coach of the year.

This just in: There has never been a team that finished last in a conference on offense that had good talent. Of course the talent looked like shit. Have some fucking standards.

Too bad Turner isn't their AD - they'd have their first national championship.

@AZDuck I see that the Obergefell v. Hodges ruling has led to some targeted advertising

UW can't have a downturn... since they haven't been "up" since about 2001. They are still on the downturn they've been on since then.

Sark was just a mediocre coach who could only win 5-6 Pac12 games year at UW. That doesn't count as being "up".

Seriously late to the party but a few comments of the 6 pages of verbal(or written) diarrhea.

    1) Fuck all of you for writing so much, half of it being interesting enough for me to continue poking my eyes out

    2) If i ever hear the comment that a coach is only good because X player I'm going reduce myself to cough medicine and everclear. No fucking shit CP was better with an elite QB. Very few coaches reach elite levels without players. What's clear is that CP got more people drafted at BSU than many Top flight BCS schools. So it wasn't just a QB. Let him build what he did to get so many kids drafted at BSU and see what it turns into at UW.

    3) All of this is pretty much irrelevant as has been stated until i was nauseous. Coaches are different at each stop and it's not easy to build from scratch. CP has to prove it at UW just as meyer had to prove it at florida. It's great to have a great program you left, but you have to prove you can do it at the next level. Nobody has a fucking clue whether he succeeds or fails. I have heard quite a bit that CP didn't realize the shit show he stepped into at UW and how bad it was. I've heard terms such as Frat house, Animal house, Inmates running the asylum. I don't think anyone knew what to do with it while still running a football team. I'm appreciative that CP ripped it to shreds rather than put a patch on it and hope it goes away.

    4) Lets see how the offense develops with his guys and whether they develop like the defense did last year before we jump off the bridge.

Lastly, or part N) Fuck you all again for me reading through this 6 page thread.
