What position group are you most comfortable with going into the season?

DL (Janet Reno)Don't forget Pettis.

TE (Janet Reno)Pettis was a very good punt returner.
I tend to like back-up RBs on KRs (unless they have Ross like speed). Dotson is a blazer and Chico is fast too (listed at 180 lbs so not super small).
It would be cool to see D. Washington do a kickoff return because he'd have plenty of time to accelerate / get to top speed and he is a load at 6'2" 221 lbs.Gladstone said:Don't forget Pettis.

You've got to be fucking kidding with me the DWawrsh shit. That dude is the exact opposite of what you want. If everything is perfectly blocked and he has a huge hole, he's amazing. On kick returns, the whole thing is about setting up defenders to miss with subtle shifts. He would run into the backs of the up-men at the 18-26 yd line on 95% of KO's.HFNY said:Pettis was a very good punt returner.

Buttah on the other hand... I'm looking forward to that. -
Abstain. Fuck all y'all (Janet Reno)
Baker is a good one in the making but I can't vote for safety with only one known guy who is a true sophomore. Pretty much everything group is a similar story. Basically they all suck right now, until they don't. -
I'm positive whoever owns the Wendy's by Fetters place is going to kill it this year.

TE (Janet Reno)You're probably right.
I still think it would be interesting to see him do it, at least in fall ball a few times or against Sacramento State in the 2nd half.
IIRC, the coaches have been working with DW on his patience and one-step and go style (rather than taking the ball and running directly to where the whole is supposed to be) and that work might show itself in kickoff returns like it did with Chris Polk (though Polk was also more of a natural RB).Dennis_DeYoung said:

Funny poont about King, but if that's the best thing about that gif to you, you are the new king of the negadawgsDennis_DeYoung said:
The best thing about that gif is how you can tell Kevin King is just going all out at all times physically...haie said: -

DL (Janet Reno)I want to see true freshman returning kicks, thats it

TE (Janet Reno)I see a nipple. I like nipples.

RB (Janet Reno)Surely one of our athletes that Pete has recruited can step up. RB is one of those positions where you either have it or you don't.
-
TE (Janet Reno)He may not get a ton of snaps with some older guys ahead of him but I'm thinking it will be this guy:

I didn't watch Dotson's video when he was being recruited. If he can hold up physically, he can certainly add a dimension to our RB group, namely elusiveness.HFNY said:He may not get a ton of snaps with some older guys ahead of him but I'm thinking it will be this guy:
