    More regulations won't stop ALL fucked up shit, but they will reduce the incidents of fucked up shit.

    I suppose you'd like to see guys like this able to buy bazookas and anti aircraft guns-- since regulating shit doesn't help. Oh wait... when was the last time we saw somebody in the US kill others with a bazooka or anti-aircraft weapon -- I guess those regulations are working?
