    I'm all for bashing d2d, but once Bruce Jenner was embraced as transgender it was no longer okay to call *him* a *him*. He's now a women as far as society is telling us. Hell, he's *always* been a women as far we are told. So if the same form holds, and why wouldn't it, Dolezal being transracial is the same as being black, if we embrace transracial as a thing.

    Personally I think transracial is a bunch of bullshit.

    I don't know enough of the facts to really know what the hell is going on. I assume that there is some kind of family drama happening since Dolezal's parents outed her as white. I know she was raised in a house with AA kids and is still raising one AA kid her parents adopted. She was also married to an AA guy, went to a HBCU. Wannabe? I have no idea. Trading on false blackness to get ahead? If so, I agree w/APAG. But I don't know and I have more important things to concern my beautiful mind with.

    They're both flavors of the same thing. I personally don't care what others do so long as they're not infringing on other's individual rights, but truth is truth, regardless of this run amok PC bullshit.

    Bruce Jenner is a guy. Dressing like a woman, injecting himself with estrogen, paying a surgeon to surgically alter his facial structure, paying another surgeon to implant silicone prosthetic breasts, and paying yet another one to cut off his nuts, surgically alter his penis to resemble a clitoris and carve out a cavity from his perineum does not make him a woman. What this makes him is a dude who chooses to look like Jessica Lange down to the nitty gritty details. Jenner was born with an XY chromosome pair and that defines him as a him. The rest is boulder dash. Jenner is a wealthy man who can afford such nonsense and he's not hurting anyone by doing so, so if it makes him feel good, good on him, just don't infringe on the rights of rational human beings to accurately identify him as a him (albeit altered) rather than as a woman. Good grief.

    Obviously, the mud shark is no more black after painting her skin and dying and perming her hair to make her look black than she was when she was born. She's white, caucasian. She's not hurting anyone by pretending at this point, but the fact that she obtained a high level position with the NAACP while covertly masquerading as black is very suspicious, it smacks of opportunism. That's between her and the NAACP at this point. What's hilarious in this case is watching the left scramble to fit this one into their out of control PC narrative. She's a train wreck, and about to ink a reality TV deal while her notoriety is high. Double good grief, we as so fucked.

    I actually agree with you. I think gender dysphoria is a real thing, though I imagine we have different thoughts on how to treat it. I also think this women is full of shit.

    It does raise the question though, if we accept that one can have a different mental gender than physical gender, what precludes the possibility of someone having a different mental race than physical race? If someone says they *feel* like a women therefore we decide to treat them as a woman, why does someone *feeling* black or white or young or old or anything else preclude us from embracing them as such?

    It's definitely a slippery slope, I'm just curious what type of standard do we set to keep trasnidentiies from popping up all over?

    I should add, I specifically said "if we embrace transracial as a thing". I'm not saying we should, I'm just saying if it's a thing why wouldn't the same form hold?
