Expand the Playoffs to 8 using the traditional bowl match ups and at-larges as feeders into a Final Four.

3 consecutive games vs top 10 competition may be a bit harsh on amateur athletes...but who fucking cares.

I can't see how the AD's would give away the chances of 50+ teams to play in their shitty bowel games. Sucks but would never happen.

Ideally, they would keep the four-team playoff and then have a limit of about 12 bowl games. And then the bowl games would have more value and generate more interest.
