Are Fiesta Bowls equivalent to Rose Bowls?

Fiesta bowl wins are slightly less impressive than either Orange or Rose Bowl wins. BTW, I was just telling my family (huge Gonzaga fans) that Boise or Gonzaga will NEVER win the big one because they just don't face decent competition week in and week out.

At least the Boise players have the truck driving education to fall back on.
