He's out of NY. That's just what I'm hearing, don't twist.

I couldn't care less about Harvin or the Jets. I just wanted to post about someone selling the couch.

that affects Seattle's draft pick they get from NY. It goes down from a 4th round to a 6th round.

Still a total bargain for Seattle.

The Harvin trade was another one (like McCoy) that most dumbass football fans were dumbfounded by because they would never make the deal on Madden.

As Greenblood said, it was a bargain for the Seahawks. The Seahawks took advantage of a sucker franchise.

The Jets were essentially already out of the playoffs before that trade happened. They gave up a draft pick for nothing really. If you want another reason Idzik got fired, there you go.

They also paid 6 million for absolutely nothing. It saved the Seahawks 6 million too that they would have ate if Harvin was cut.

Regardless of whether the pick ever amounts to much, it cleared cap space for Seattle. That in and of itself was a win.

Harvin will be out of the league within 3 years.

Harvin baggage does not warrant a roster spot...if Seattle couldn't manage him no organization can...except maybe new England?

The guy is a freak athlete but you are right... he has health problems and is just a problem... He's not worth the headache. The Hawks didn't get much out of him but at least they unloaded him.
