It's really too bad Richardson went down just as he was starting to emerge because this team really could use another threat. I still like his game, but looking back I would have picked Jarvis Landry, Moncrief, Josh Huff, or Devonte Allen over Richardson.

Kearse has proven to make spectacular plays mixed with head scratching drops. I just like the gamer mentality he has. You can't teach that quality.

In crunch time, some people hyper focus and others crumble. Maybe that means I over value him, but he's proven he's better than the numbers and would take him over a lot of guys that "on paper" don't make sense.

You're not overvaluing him, you're just not too damn stubborn to recognize that he contributes and that he does it when it matters most, which makes him different, it separates him in that way. He's not a #1 WR, and he has problems with consistency, but to say he's average is off base. Average players don't step up like that.
David Tyree was below average and made the biggest catch in the history of the NFL. Mario Manningham is another average player who made some huge plays. The early Tom Brady teams had average WR's who made plays.

If you play for a good team, you get chances to make big plays in the playoffs. He's average.

Yesterday morning I thought Seattle would destroy NE in a super bowl. Now I think it'll be a defensive dog fight. Vegas opened Seattle -2.5 and it almost immediately swung to pick em.

Yesterday confirmed to me that Seattle will destroy New England.

Seattle tried like hell to beat itself against Green Bay and couldn't do it. They'll be so much better in the Superb Owl.

Would you rather be Kearse and play in Super Bowls or Calvin Johnson and be the best in the game stuck in Detroit? Financially Johnson but Kearse has more fun.

There's a reason the Pats and Hawks have average wideouts. They spend their money where it counts.

Some dumbass team will sign Dez Bryant for 120 million dollars and their fans will be all Super Bowl bound! and shit. But it won't happen.

Chicago has two great wide outs. Denver surrounded Manning with all sorts of "weapons". The Pats haven't won a Super Bowl in a decade because their defense got old and they went for offense. They have a good defense now again.

Dare I say the NE defense is for real and the Seattle offense is not exactly a juggernaut and it will be a tough game?

I think NE's defense is only for real in AFC terms - which means they really aren't.

They slapped the Colts around pretty good but that could be because the Colts have no rushing threat to speak of.

I'm hoping after the Super Bowl, people will once again say the real Super Bowl was the NFCCG.

Would still take the No. 1 WR from half the teams in the NFL over Kearse. Probably 2/3, to be fair

Is this a whoosh? There's probably 50 receivers you take over Kearse. Kearse isn't the #1 WR on the Hawks. Why do you keep comparing him to #1 WR's?
Uhh dnc, kearse kinda is our #1 WR. The Salar y cap has made it that way. Either him or Baldwin...take your pick. Who the fuck else is? I understand what you're saying, but you have to face reality. We spent all of our money on defense. Cant afford a "#1" WR like Dez...even Golden Tate.

Who was the last great WR to win a Super Bowl anyway?

PL_SS has this one dialed in folks.

You have to go the the pre cap era for Irvin and Rice.

Be that as it may he always makes big plays in big games. Always.

You are right stoneless, but great WR's catch most everything thrown within their reach. Kearse does not, which is why he was and is a free agent WR. Catch some drop some. Resign him for dolla's? Fuck no!
I know I didn't make all my plays, but when they count, I MAKE 'EM.
    Cricket?
No one hits big sixes better than Kearse.
Boobies, a WR In the NFL is paid to make those catches. It's not like it was a once in a lifetime catch. Pretty simple post pitch and catch

Sorry I made a cricket joke that went over your head.

Maybe a video explanation will help:
