That wouldn't be the worst hire but it certainly would only be mediocre. Soft, finesse teams wouldn't go far in the NFC West. The game was passing him by toward the end of his Hawks career.

They should build around Kaep. QB is too important and it's a very risky move to try and find a better one. Teams can suck for years when they do that.doogsinparadise said:

Kaep was good enough to get them to a Super Bowl and NFC title game. He's not Sanchez. He has talent and can play. -
Kaep needs to spend less time modeling for Hugo Boss and more time in the film room. He has the worst kind of demeanor to play QB. When things are going great, he's kissing his bicep and talking shit, but when adversity hits he looks like mommy took away his favorite toy. He's just not a real leader and needs to mature if he's going to own the respect of an NFL locker room.RoadDawg55 said:

In a lot of ways, coming into the league as hot as he did was a negative. If he had been punched in the mouth earlier on maybe his skin would have toughened. Now he just gets sad eyes like "why is this happening, i'm supposed to be god". -
There's a perfectly good candidate with Bay Area tys that comes to mind..
