An NFL GM, speaking off the record, said in doing their homework on Leaf reached the unanimous conclusion that he was a "natural jerk" and took him off their board. Just go through the due dilligence folks, it ain't that hard!

I prefer to hire jerks in my field.

Generally, ass holes are result oriented and sleep better at night regardless of who they plunger during a work day.

Leaf's problem was that he was a jerk off the field. His arrogance led him to not study the playbook and get fat.

You have to be a Type A asshole to play QB in the NFL, but the good ones leave it on the field and they don't blow up at reporters, etc.

Leaf is just a fuckhead, plain & simple.
