This shouldn't be much trouble for you, because, you know, you're already cool like that.

That would actually be really funny. You know what would happen though: He'd p.m. Derek (again) and say he was taking an indefinite (but implied as long-term) leave of absence. 60 hours later he'd be back poasting (ROFL) again. Bottom line: The bet would get welched.
