    I like playing everyone in conference, no conf ship game, and scheduling one legit OOC game. I also miss having some legit independents that went around and scheduled real games. That's the right way but apparently it doesn't yield the most TV revenue.

    I do wish we? could have these discussions like human beings and acknowledge that several, sometimes competing, concepts can be right at the same time. But we're here and so I know better.

    Some dodge, others get too many.

    But it's worse when conferences have divisions because there's a good chance one division will suck and the other will be loaded. See B1G west.

    So smaller makes the problem worse in the short run and long run, whereas bigger averages out over time.

    This is elementary probabilities.

    There's no way to balance scheduling without some type of a premiere league model, with all 12 games being premiere.
