I wouldn't break the bank for Jedd …
But I would upgrade him and his staff with salaries that reflect that you're aware of and acknowledging the work done to date. Put incentives into the contract to bridge the gap to the elite level if he gets there prior to his contract catching up to that. Reset the buyouts to other schools to CYA a gutting of your program similar to DeBoer (learn from the past)

I'd fire him because he isn't the guy
Why waste time hoping he might do something

What power or responsibility lands with Chun regarding offensive play calling?
-
Disagree. Either way, Washington, to date, doesn't play to win. Fact
-
Everyone wants a deal. If you hire a coach and pay less than conference average, you get what you get. Win, they're gone. Lose, mediocrity or worse. Cincinnati showed Cignetti big boy money year 1. We offered DeBoer middle of the pack money, post season, semi-final team year 2 then cried when he left for Bama. Cincinatti, yes Cincinatti can and did pay big boy money. Washington did not

You lost me at Cincinnati and Cignetti
-
Eck has consistently won and consistently lost 3 games or more every year at Idaho and New Mexico. If he's all that, where's the beef? I'm not looking for a 9-3 lock in the Mountain West or Big Sky. Penn State paid Matt Campbell. Let that sink in. I'll pass on both. Fisch teams show an uptrend. He has a hot wife and talented kids have and will take our money if he's the head coach. I think he wins big and leaves for the NFL. It's an educated bet. Be a big boy and roll the fucking dice.

Sort of the consensus in these parts. Cincinnati can afford a good coach we offered Kalen Deboer a shitty little raise.
-
Again - what is the Cincinnati/Cignetti example?
Be specific.

upon further review it was determined she’s a lot of plastic. Like my face is stuck in this position type stuff.
