Actually did research on it. Neighborhoods go up in value for "diversity" until about an 8-10% threshold at which point they go markedly down in value.
Pretty much mirrors our Tug "liberals" living in white wash Washington preaching about DEI and talking "for" minorities.
Odds are every single one of them is grossly uncomfortable being in a room that isn't predominantly whyte.

For some reason black Trailblazers are all living out in Southwest Portland in the Lake Oswego and West Linn areas. Seem to be avoiding the black neighborhoods in North Portland. Too much gun fire at night?
