Anyone check the fake inflation today?

There was a prominent politician a few years ago who gave me the creeps even before the skeletons in his closet were known. That was John Edwards.
Newsom gives me the exact same feeling. Don't hold your breath waiting for me to support him. I hope he never comes close to the nomination.

You're making blob look like a fucking genius. At least he could concede the obvious: you'd have to cut entitlements to balance the budget.
Personally, I'd be fine with entitlements cuts, but I know full well that you can't deliver the votes to do that so I'm not going to pretend it's even a possibility.
We can raise taxes now or we'll have to raise them a lot higher later.
-
75 percent work for you?
I paid for social security.
Your lame insistence that only ss can be cut is pathetic. Your party uses ss cuts against the GOP. You didn't think we'd notice?
-
You'll support him because you will be told to. You going to vote for Trump?
Dishonest to your core
-
I don’t have any entitlements.
Social security will be insolvent by the time I’m eligible in 25 years.
I’m just paying for your entitlements if we’re being honest.
-
No. I won't vote for Trump ever.
Your "I paid for social security" perfectly illustrates my point. Everyone did. The proper response by someone who believes we must balance the budget through spending cuts only is this: so what? But you can't see that.
Your party won't cut SS and Medicare and neither will mine.

So what if the government lied and spent your pension
Pay more taxes
80 percent?

Chatch
Thank you for your service
If only ss were changed so youngsters could pay into a pension that the government can't loot
-
No, it won't. And I'm still only paying in, not drawing SS yet.
I'm on Medicare and I'm paying at the highest possible premium. Less expensive monthly payment than before I was on Medicare, but definitely not cheap.
-
80%? You're getting hysterical, ma'am.
The highest marginal rate of federal taxation now is 37%—and your effective rate is far lower.
