He had chances, but he shit the bed. He got beat up tonight, and I love him for everything he’s fought through, but you can’t come up that small in the national championship game. Absolutely brutal.

The fucking thing is, I believe we still could have easily won tonight. The Rome 35 yarder holding call.

Penix had a bad game but a lot of that was due to how good Michigan’s defense was. They were the more complete team.
