Yeah, the only upside to him signing right now is to help recruiting, possibly. There will be some big job open that isn’t at this moment which that he can leverage against when it opens.

I believe with the portal opening soon, DeBoer has seen enough of the extension to have already made a decision on if he's staying or going. He seems like a guy that when he says to a recruit "I'm staying" they'll believe him and it won't be an issue.
