No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

So about that conviction you don't have.....

Just because some retards say he engaged in insurrection doesn't mean he did you fucking hack

    Imagine believing your own eyes.

No conviction required, as you’ve proven.
Should be an easy case to bring and win then.
He'll be celebrating with his Piss Boy until everything gets turned over by the SCOTUS. Schumer will be calling on Antifa to murder them.
It’s just a pretty obvious case for a strict constructionist. Still probably better for Daddy to get his ass kicked, as usual. Politically speaking, I mean.
So obvious you can't prove it

    SAD
You'd think a lawyer would understand insurrection is a crime, with elements, that have to be demonstrated, in a court, so that a jury, uh, could, ya know, issue a conviction.
Here's a clue: word search "conviction" in the 14th Amendment.

    Now tie yourself in knots.

    As usual.
    That's fucking insane.

The funny thing about the insurrection is that no one has been charged with insurrection! The real insurrection occurred on Nov 3. Our election was stolen. The left along with foreign nations overthrew our government.

Those folks will be off to Gitmo.

Under our system, legal conclusions are drawn by courts. This doesn't require anyone be charged.

CREW analyzed historical records to identify all public officials who a court, legislature, or other body determined to have been disqualified under Section 3. The list includes six officials aligned with the Confederacy who held office after the Civil War, as well as former New Mexico County Commissioner Couy Griffin, who a state court removed from office last year based on his participation in the January 6th insurrection following a lawsuit CREW brought on behalf of three New Mexico residents.
