Houston is just a C+/B- accomplishment and the only excuse I would give Jen is that despite the turnover after this year, other schools know that UW has some adults in the room now.
They're fine with Jimmy Lake in the Big House not a staff whose assistants are wanted by Penn St and Alabama.
Yeah I mean, other than a few key transfers/upgrades we're bringing the whole team back. The interior OL guys all got a shit ton of playing time last year. And we'll have better depth this year on the OL overall. So there's not much to discuss. Penix has a better situation to work with than last year. We're just going to be badass, have to just see how that does against a better schedule.
The conference is getting killed in the media day in and day out.
UW and UO presidents should come out and just publicly threaten to go independent/ACC if they can't get into the B1G. Cut a deal with Amazon/ESPN/Whoever. It was rumored that Amazon would give just UW and UO deals. Fuck Utah, Cal, Stanford. -
