    This was the final regular game of the 2012 regular season where Oregon finished 11-1 after shellacking the Beavs, 48-24, at Reser Stadium.

    Oregon lost their perfect record to Stanford, 17-14 at Autzen the week before.

    Oregon beat Kansas State in the Fiesta Bowl, 35-17, to finish the season 12-1.

    For the fifth straight season (2008-2012): Oregon swept all their regional rivals: Oregon State, Washington and Washington State.

    Oregon finished the season ranked No. 2 in the AP polls and No. 2 in the coaches poll.
