Had lunch with a dear dear friend at the Yakima Casa de Butler, used to be a sales guy for the Blazers in the 80s. Over the club burger, he told me that Paul Allen was just diagnosed with lymphoma. I didn't even watch today, but in general this is a team getting better and developing young guys. They can run the ball this year. Young WR's and TE's are developing. OL is improved. Pete will get the defense up to snuff. Still a year or two away. Chasing another ring set them back big time.

Deserves own thread. Calling that final time out when the Rams had their punting team on the field was the stupidest call of the season. It totally gave the Rams time to rethink their decision. Really stupid.

They look very good. Defense has been totally solid. The play calling hasn't sucked. Maybe the Cowboys suck, or they can sneak in 8 or 9 wins, or abundance. It's clearly not an 11-13 win team like four or five years ago. I know some hate Pete, but I hope he does stay.
