Don't get me wrong, UW shouldn't care about ratings at this point. However...
Cincinnati is 7-3 and ranked #25. Their only meaningful win was over Iowa State. When they played Utah they lost 45-14. But they're ranked #25. They haven't played any tough teams except for the aforementioned. We've reached a point where Cincy gets the benefit of the doubt over UW. That's never happened before.
