That's not what I mean by a winner and loser. In the real estate world, Trump only does a deal when he's perceived to be the winner. If he can't get there in negotiation, he walks and finds another deal, of which there are hundreds of them. In the government world, you can't just walk and find something else, this deal needs to be negotiated and rarely do you have the leverage to get everything you want.PurpleThrobber said:
