Some simple, actual facts that make that HondoFS. 1) More than half of all violent crimes are never reported, and of those, 2) less than half of violent crimes reported are cleared. So you are talking about a subset of less than 1/4 of actual violent crimes that occur to draw a conclusion about a subset of population that is very different from the overall population.

Btw, this has always struck me as an odd argument. Even if the stat was accurate, so what? Does that mean we should enforce our immigration laws? Should we deport violent citizens and import more of these non-violent illegals? What exactly is the fucking point? One violent crime committed by an illegal is a violent crime that never should have happened in the first place.
