They cite another one of Trump's statements as "misleading" when he said that Mexico is huge source of our illegal opiates. That statement is a statement of fact. But because a border wall wouldn't do much if anything to deter that, something Trump never claimed, it's "misleading" because most of these opiates come across a legal points of entry.
