I think the lack of outrage is because the dude was pretty much a career criminal and he was armed with gun. He wasn't a teen holding a toy gun or a cell phone, he was a threat to public safety.
But, back to my point earlier, pretty sure the cop did not mean to pop him in the back of the head. Either way, total fuck up and Seattleites will be paying for it. Cop will pay with his job.

So why nothing in Seattle after the cops shoot someone in the back of the head who is on his knees? The guy in Portland was armed, had just shot two people, yet his shooting was an outrage. Why? -
