    Agree. Preps behavior was outrageous and now a Cop has to live with this accidental shooting for the rest of his/her life.

    Many black career criminals are enshrined in the BLM hall of fame. Just about 6 weeks about there was one in Portland. Dude shot two people, had a gun, pointed it at cops, cops shot him. Outrage ensued.
