Suggestion for new poasters

It's tim to chinvoke the HH redshirt rule. Rookie handles can get poasting access to the boreds for 4 weeks during the season, the rest of the weeks they get to lurk and soak up the culture, giving them tim to really get a feel for mix it up with the HHBs.

We can assemble an HH coaching staff of grizzled veterans who evaluate new handles and determine which weeks they get access. In the rare event that a youngster shows extreme promise the staff can even decide to take the redshirt off and give them unlimited access.

I think this would be really beneficial for the @Jack_Cobra, @SECDAWG and especially @dirtysouwfdawg's of the world.

I was always down with HH’s only, unless sent a chinvitation.

Probably wouldn’t be a good chinvestment, though.

    Gotta pay the bills

Being a new poaster here... Well, it's hard. It takes a minute to get a feel for the bored. It's a process.

We have to stay positive with the newfish. Sometimes they need more time... maybe even 5 years.

I am almost 9k poast in, not getting better. Maybe time for stalin to update the newcomers message. The place does not make you a better poaster

    Slow strategy for sure.

You just need a few more poasts under your belt. Once you get your reads down, things are going to get ugly fast.

All redshirt rules are waived if a new poaster invokes "fuck off and die" or "kill yourself."

If *we did this, we should add a suddenly senior clause to the fine print too. There's a point where, if a poster isn't making *us better anymore, he's making *us worse and needs to be put down.
