They can all kick. Problem is only a few can excel under pressure. Hard to simulate that while recruiting. Maybe have them kick on their visit and if they miss you tase them. See who comes through with the prod waiting.sarktastic said:

That's dangerous territory though. The defense doesn't care about yards anymore at that point and they are just going for the ball.
If the kid makes the field goal then Peterman is a genius, just like Mario would have been the man for getting the first down to put Stanford away, but CJ fumbled and he looked like an asshole. -

Kickers are 2.5x as likely to make a 20-29 yard kick than they are a 30-39 kick, at least this year. It was worth the risk in this case too, imo.
