Penn State at 37% after almost losing to Appalachian State hurts their credibility just a little.
Irregardless, Penn State is a team that might actually be good.
yeah, but Ohio St and Penn St are mutually exclusive so it's one or the other. Only league getting two teams into the playoffs is the SEC. ACC, Big Ten & 12 look like shit except for the top teams. Pac12 just looks like shit. Notre Dame is living week to week.
Looking at the fighting potatoes schedule they actually have a shot to make the playoffs while being a totally over rated team. They could drop one to Stanford and still end up as a one loss team. All the "traditional powerhouse" teams they play this year look like garbage so they could end up getting credit for a TUFF schedule while being a total paper tiger. A worse Alabama beat down than the 2012 version could be incoming.
IF we end up being left out, 10/10 would take an overhyped Notre Dame in the Rose Bowel to get to hand their asses to them. It would definitely help our head to head recruiting with them if we got to beat the shit out of them on a national stage.
That said, we better fucking win the North and the PAC12 otherwise We Are BACK! to being mediocre and under performing.
