It’s not bad, but We should still be averaging more than 4.9 ypc against the competition we’ve played. Also, the receiver play will keep this team from being a conference contender. However, Oregon might still be the third or fourth best team in the league.
This conference, especially the south, is fucking garbage. -

TBJ, Taj, and Felix are why the running game sucks. Down hill runners and zone runners are two different animals. Verdell and Dye are the best two backs on the roster for the new style of play. The one silver lining about the WR's is they are getting open this year. They are dropping way too many passes, but last season they couldn't get open consistently against air.
Stack will be back on Saturday and what the scout team kickoff does is pretty meaningless.
The only thing I have seen in these three games that truly worries me is Thomas Graham is slow, painfully slow and can't cover a skinny post against anyone when we are in zero, which is basically all non 3rd & long situations.
