Losing Kaho sucks but he basically had us naked holding on to our 2 inches of thunder then fucked someone else
The analogy probably needs some work but a guy that flakey has a high chance of being a flop -
Losing Kaho sucks, but I agree with the TBSers on their pod: if you're going to lose somebody, having it be a 218-lb. LB is probably about as good as you can hope for (outside of FB, LS, K, P, maybe S).
In terms of positional value, it's just not that high. Losing out on Marlon and Togiai was a much tougher blow, for example. And Fozzy. Maybe he turns into one of those 235-lb. demon OLB types that can be big in college football, but that's still a little limited. -

You ever watch Rueben Foster or Roequan Smith? Fast, violent LB's are important.RealRhino said:Losing Kaho sucks, but I agree with the TBSers on their pod: if you're going to lose somebody, having it be a 218-lb. LB is probably about as good as you can hope for (outside of FB, LS, K, P, maybe S).

In terms of singular value, a great LB has a greater effect on a team that any single OL. -

Didn't you hear? Kaho lost 20 pounds he's only 198.RealRhino said:Losing Kaho sucks, but I agree with the TBSers on their pod: if you're going to lose somebody, having it be a 218-lb. LB is probably about as good as you can hope for (outside of FB, LS, K, P, maybe S).

Bama is lining him up at nickle right now -
Um I made it 14 secs into his film and didn’t even need to watch anymore. He’s instantly my favorite recruit this year. This type of violence is exactly what UW has been missing since Azeem was Azeem. Sign me the fuck up!

Nah. First, odds any guy turns into that are very remote.
Second, also true that having one bad OL is generally worse than having one bad LB. And harder to find good OL than good LB. Which is why in the NFL good OL are paid more than good off-ball LB: they're more valuable, IMO
-
Has anyone heard when this kid might pop? Or are we going to have to wait until december when he officially visits.

One good OL doesn't do shit. A great tackle is harder to find than a great LB, but I disagree with that. What the fuck does NFL money have to do with anything? Was Khalid Barnes or Mason Foster more valuable?
You fucked my post with your quote bullshit. -
Dj Khalid Barnes.

After losing out on Tufono, Texas is starting to push for Heimuli.
Ektard says he wouldn't be surprised if he makes a decision before the season starts on 8/24, then immediately says he'd bet on him to wait until September or October.
He'll be committing to UW shortly. -
-
Why hasn’t he committed yet
To bana? -
I love him. I love him so much. I don't care who knows it.
-
Fucking close his ass dammit!

"UCLA, Alabama, Washington, Oregon, and Nebraska stand out the most," said Heimuli.
Heimuli didn't take any official visits during the spring, though he took a number of unofficial visits, but he's locked in his first official visit and it will be after the season is over.
"I have set an official for December 14 for Washington," said Heimuli.
"Oregon, Washington and Alabama, I think are recruiting me the hardest right now. Washington and Oregon are calling me the most," said Heimuli. "But I think I have the best relationship with Coach (Bob) Gregory from Washington and Coach (Don) Pellum from UCLA."
"My family and I are thinking about me deciding during December, so I may be taking it to signing day," said Heimuli. "So I am most likely going to sign in December." -
UW, Nebraska, Ducks, UCLA, Bammer probable top 5. UW, Oregon recruiting him the hardest right now. Best relationships with sideshow Bob and UCLA coach. Only taking visits after the season, UW visit set for Dec 14.
Once Bama decides they want him next August it will be all over for the Dwags. -
Visiting December 14th. Signing December 19th. I like our chances.
-
Pellum is at UCLA? lol
-
So Washington is locked for an official visit and is the only school that is on both best relationship and hardest recruiting.DoogCourics said:"UCLA, Alabama, Washington, Oregon, and Nebraska stand out the most," said Heimuli.

What are you waiting for kid!? UW has a 5th year Senior walk on playing significant snaps for them at inside backer! Immediate playing time is available. Lock up your spot!

SMH..... the series Jake Wambaugh was in, Auburn ran through his ass.... couldn't help but wonder if we had been able to keep a hold of KahoStrongArmCobra said:What are you waiting for kid!?
